Our consulting includes an independent and neutral third party to help ask you tough questions about goals, objectives, results, and metrics to successfully navigate change. Goals will be met through “consulting”; using an introspective and reflective approach; working from the inside out.
We conduct an intake interview with you. You’ll take the best personal assessment out there, Strength Finder 2.0. You will become an expert at articulation your value. We do further interviews with …. including your managers and selected stakeholders. We review your historical date including annual competency assessments and previously completed assessment tools.
