Don’t Overlook the ‘Middle Child’, Gen X
Sometimes, when evaluating millennials, we overlook Gen X. This generation not only raised many young millennials but they have become successful business people themselves. Gen X is often referred to as the ‘awkward middle child’ between Baby Boomers and Millennials, but it is important for us to stop and examine their successes as well. The differences between millennials, gen x, and boomers is interesting and points at the gap that we are trying to bridge!
