01 July, 2017
SAN DIEGO, CA, July 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ – launchbox365, a leader in millennial workplace engagement and retention today announced that effective July 1, 2017 the Company has appointed Ms. Liz Rhodes Chief Commercial Officer, to bring her expertise as a senior leader in the global management consulting, product development, learning and training and strategic partnerships to launchbox365’s groundbreaking workforce education platforms.
“To know Liz is to know that she drives impact, whether management consulting, enterprise workforce transformation spaces, or entrepreneurship 101 she is extensively qualified for evangelizing and taking launchbox365’s products and services to the next level. A level where we can universally make immediate and sustainable impact for millennials and their workplaces on demand as CCO,” said Dan Negroni, President and CEO. “Liz has deep knowledge of high-growth markets and solution sales to sophisticated customers, more importantly, as a business leader, life long educator, consultant and Mom of millennials she cares about the next generation of leaders and their development at her core. As we are poised to successfully enter the next phase of market growth and corporate scaling she will help as a guide to employers and millennials alike.
In her role as Chief Commercial Officer, Ms. Rhodes will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for global business development, enterprise sales, marketing, product line development, channel partner development and after-sales service activities including research and measurement metrics.
Liz Rhodes stated, “I am thrilled to join launchbox365 at this exciting time. I am particularly proud to join the number one team, which has cracked the code to attracting, recruiting, motivating and managing millennials. These days, if you can’t speak millennial your mindshare market share and relevance will die a quick death. Today millennials or as we like to call them “Digital Natives” are 50% of the work force, and in the next eight years that will grow to 80%. They already control $660B in spending. When I read Chasing Relevance by Dan Negroni, I said ‘Ok, you got me. I want to come help you build this,” because in an otherwise noisy and vast Sea of consultants, very few have the combination of brain power, connection, the ability to demonstrate they have your back, the passion and solution to effect large scale change. From the moment I finished reading the book, I could see in my mind a platform and launch, that could change the way our workplaces train and engage the next generation for their greater good. Wow, that’s how I want to provide value.”
Ms. Rhodes was most recently Assistant Dean of External Relations at University of San Diego School of Law, where she oversaw strategic partner development, marketing and communication, alumni relations, special events and website management. Formerly she worked for 23 years in senior leadership positions in premiere global management consulting firms. Ms. Rhodes earned her Bachelor of Liberal Arts Degree and a Certificate in Management and Administration at Harvard University. She is a hobby writer, beach walker and serves on the local boards of New Village Arts Theater in Carlsbad, and ASC Technology Group.
